What effects will it have on human-human relations?
If an ally gets the choice to assimilate a city of mine and he accepts, i'm definitely going to be pissed. But then, according to the game rules this is not a hostile action so at least legally it's ok.
What do you think? Should it be considered as a hostile action and even a casus belli, or should we just accept it as a legitimate action between nations that has no political repercussions?
