It's possible that he's on mine and alva's continent. It's hard to tell for sure, but it seems a little too big for only 2 civs. We'll see though ... my exploring warriors are working on it.

    • I am happy to team up with Ormuzd's Zulus. It doesn't make much sense for the two or three players sharing a continent to beat each other up this early as that might not leave enough of us standing to form teams later. I would prefer to look at a longer game with invasion fleets after we have established our civs.

Beware Team Azulu!! (we run faster than anyone else )

      • My home computer is broken and I won't be able to play for a few days.

Fortunately Vondrack was so kind to accept to play in my behalf, so the game won't be delayed.

Starting with the next save please plase send them to vondrack(at)jimaz(dot)cz , until I will be able to play again.

          • Wouldn't it be better, now that some teams seem to have or are forming, to ask Aeson (he volunteerd ) to ask to set the teams now?
Those that know who will be forming pairs are going to have an advantage over the others if we don't IMO.

                  • If we are going to have teams consisting of the players sharing continents (as that seems to split 2:2:3), which fits what ormuzd and I were agreed to, then we might as well get on and do it.

If it is not going to be that way then, as most players seem to be in contact with at least one other, it is still a reasonably good time to set the teams.

                    So I vote "yes".

                      • I'm not sure I know which continent I'm on, but I did come across Arabia (Tiberius), so I share one with him and Big Crunch. So it seems like we're Tiberius+BC+Zeit on one continent, ormuzd+Cerebrus on the other, and FP+alva. I don't mind such teams arrangement, according to the continents.

                        • Teams set by continent sounds good. Are we going with that then?

                          Turn sent.

                              • I got an answer from Aeson, not sure what to do with it though (I hope he doesn't mind me posting it.
Not sure what you guys are looking for from the game.
It's also a somewhat hard map to balance out. If you
want 'safe' teams, just go with who you have contacts
with. (I wouldn't do it though, probably be a boring
                                game)

I'd put FP and Big Crunch on a team. Tiberus and
Ormuzd on a team. Alva, Cerberus, and Zeit on a team.
Should be a most interesting game that way.

Good luck whichever way you decide to go.

I think we are on seperate islands and Aeson tries to spies things up , but that was not really wht we are looking for, is it ?
