I'm finally about to make contact in one of the PBEM's I am in, just wondering if someone can point me in the right direction to a thread where it's discussed how to go about exchanging tech's etc. Should this sort of thing be discussed in the game over a number of turns or in the PBEM game thread or via PM.
Any help would be appreciated as to the best way of getting through the diplomacy before I steam in with my two warriors.
