We need seperate human-only games for MP/PBEM that dont include the over-simplifications required to have a good AI

The allusion makes more sense for your cav of course. Does this mean you think they'll be wiped out by my guns?We need seperate human-only games for MP/PBEM that dont include the over-simplifications required to have a good AI

Nothing historical in this world (yet), but after the debacle at Isandlwana (on Earth) the Brits got serious about the issue and the Zulu army was wiped out by guns and lancers. We need seperate human-only games for MP/PBEM that dont include the over-simplifications required to have a good AI

Thats your only chance my friend. Unless you've got a bagfull of cav left, I suggest you sue for peace and pay reparations for your perfidity. I still have >30 cities all producing units at a good pace. Unless you withdraw immediately my vengence will leave you crippled, giving the game to Jshelr (if he's so inclined to warmonger on whats left of the Koreans). We need seperate human-only games for MP/PBEM that dont include the over-simplifications required to have a good AI

I believe you should count cities again Spencer. And while you are counting, don't forget to adjust for corruption. And don't forget the advantage we have in two-civ research.
It's up to Eli to decide when he wants peace. But there is no question that time is on our side.
Why don't you come on over to my place and pick on someone your own size.Illegitimi Non Carborundum

I didnt start this. As you say, two civ research had an advantage on my one large civ. You could have chosen the peaceful approach (as I did) but you opted for war instead. I'm just stating my analysis of the situation and how I will handle it. You have always had the defensive advantage of being on another continent. We need seperate human-only games for MP/PBEM that dont include the over-simplifications required to have a good AI

I wont let this game degrade to Dissident's game where we are all peaceful and researching at max rate. That's boring.
Sorry Spencer, but the war will end only when one of us dies."Beware of he who would deny you access to information, for in his heart he dreams himself your master" - Commissioner Pravin Lal.

Oh, dont get me wrong, the game had become boring. Je ne regret rien (except trusting delmar). This conflict is completely inevitable. I just wish civ combat was more complex so that it would be enjoyable for me. After all I'm not a peacenik .
My problem was that Delmar left me with a huge ancient army. It would have been too easy to sweep down with 60 Keshiks and obliterate the Koreans. Delmar had set it up to gain control of the continent and therby give the mongols a win by virtue of controlling 2/3 of the world. If I followed that plan I would merely be a placeholder. So I chose peace instead.
I only got to two of your cav this turn.
Jshelr - You sunk my galley- you bastard I had some surprises in there for you. A risk for me I know but I wanted to see what would happen.

After you sank the first I thought it was a risk but I figured an elite galley would survive long enough. Oh well, theres more where they came from.We need seperate human-only games for MP/PBEM that dont include the over-simplifications required to have a good AI

Bring 'em on. I like killing three units with the risk of only one unit lost. My little stack over here will also win round two every time we don't win round one.
By the way, it is very doubtful that your continent is going to make the 2/3 rule by itself. Never saw a 2-continent map where it did. There's also a population rule as well. We have the pyramids.Illegitimi Non Carborundum
