The peaceloving Egyptians and Iroquois actually offered, and still offer, the deal in the next paragraph. By way of explanation, when the game started, we were aware of the possibility that the two remaining civs could form an alliance and it looked like we were located far enough apart to make an early war between us tactically difficult and strategically useless. So, we cooperated instead. After seeing the map, we would rather undo the pact and play reasonably straight.

Should we continue, somehow making sure everyone plays without alliances? Should we stop? Should we continue as if nothing happened?"
