There is a problem.
When I open the save I see Madrid and it asks me to enter the Spanish password(or leave blank for none)."Beware of he who would deny you access to information, for in his heart he dreams himself your master" - Commissioner Pravin Lal.Comment

I just loaded Flash's game, played my turn, got the 'save' popup, saved to a new file and sent this new file to you (it has my name so it can't be Flash's file)... It's my first PBEM but I can't see what I made wrong here?

When I loaded Flash's game, I could see some tiles on the edge of the screen behing the 'enter password' window. Looks like PtW shows the previous player's view when it asks you for a password? I loaded from the title screen.
