We need seperate human-only games for MP/PBEM that dont include the over-simplifications required to have a good AI

Friends, I was unable to sign my brother up to take over my turns--he is too busy. I plan to take my CD's to Malaysia and install on my inlaw's computer. They have high speed internet, so that should not be an issue. The issue is how often I will be able to check my e-mail. Hopefully everything goes well.

If you don't hear from me for a while, go ahead and give me the boot.

              Have a nice hoiliday season.

              • It shouldnt be a problem to access your email from anywhere. Just set up a pop-account on their PC or switch to a web based account and send me the new address and I'll send to both.

Shouldn't we ask someone in the forum to fill in for Brizey instead of booting him? jshelr might be interested...

Did you know that in GalCiv, the AI makes you think you are playing against humans? Stop laughing, they mean it!!!

                    • Eli, the save you sent gives a load error. It says it is not a valid save file. Please send again.

Before someone takes over lets see how much Brizey can play.

                      • I get the same error on the new file again. The previous saves load fine so I'm not sure what is going on.

Can you post the turn up here?

                        • I tried to load it myself and it worked fine.

                          • Ok. The posted save worked. Maybe hotmail was messing up.
