That's good. He was probably just busy this weekend. We should probably have a formal rule for "days without contact". Something like: If you go 72 hours without taking a turn after receiving it from the previous player, your out, provided you have not given the othe players previous notice.

I'm going to be out of town all next week. As it stands now, the place where I'll be has a malfunctioning internet connection.
If it gets fixed, I may be able to install and play a turn or two....

If I can talk my brother into getting PTW (he already has Civ3), I'll be able to play a round on Sunday, Dec. 1. I would rather not install from my disk to prevent future CD key problems. (And yes, I realize that he could just uninstall an re-install when he buys PTW, but I would rather not make someone go through that so that I can move my worker one square.)

Well, our thanksgiving in Canada was in October.. but, i like the 72hour rule Brizey...
It's cool if we can't play every day, I expected this game to just be a slow one anyway.. Besides, I only have three cities built and only two of them have walls!

One of my companies main clients is a Canadian company, primarily Ontario and Quebec. So I had to quickly learn about things like Canadian Thanksgiving and Civic day in Ontario. Don't worry, your cute little version of Thanksgiving counts, too!
