The Altera Centauri collection has been brought up to date by Darsnan. It comprises every decent scenario he's been able to find anywhere on the web, going back over 20 years.

FP, send it to me (The save for Calc), if I get a corruption error, we know where it originated. If it's ok, hmm, no idea then.
I could try to forward it.
In our game, we havn't had any probs yet, have we.
Maybe the error occurs when sending it, not recieving.
I've got some voodoo repellent standing by too, just in case...

Guys, I am still following this thread - even though Tibi is now back online, ready to play his turn, if it ever comes to it - just for sheer humour value...
Try ZIPping the SAVegame, it may help... ZIP is a much more standard format than SAV for any email provider. If even ZIPs get corrupted, then the provider would be flooded with complaints and would be likely to fix the problem ASAP.

I'll be off again next week (probably for the entire week, maybe except for Monday). Of course, this is not really important, because I seriously doubt I have a chance to get a savefile next week
The God of Civ3 is angry with us because we started this game too soon. Now we're doomed to start it over and over again

A fast word about oral contraception. I asked a girl to go to bed with me and she said "no".

We should calculate how long this game will last based on the duration of the first turn. Our grandchildren will have to finish what we started
Edited: Oops, we can't do that. We can't measure the length of the first turn, because we didn't finish it yet.

I tried charming this game by holding onto a rabbit's foot while loading, but before it got to 100%, a black cat jumped at me and I yelped and threw the foot onto the mirror and broke. Well no not really. But the amount of luck we have is less than what I portrayed.
No Tiberius. You mean you predict our grandchildren will finish our first turn right? we need more generation of children than that for the whole game!
"Crap my windows 4000 just crashed."
"But you had the only save! The last backup was 5 turns ago!"
"Oh well there goes 15 generations of our ancestors work..."

Game loaded without any problem...(didn't see anything the start either so...)
Time to get a real ISP
That is actually something I've been wondering about, most here use broadband, right? How come you are using hotmail accounts? I' ve got one too, but mainly to register and as a diversion for that crap mail.
