NEW ladder game, open settings/size ?

Is there enough interest & security against cheating to do a ladder-counting game here?

Perhaps "cton" so as to minmize cheating.
Firm turnaround times to encourage play or pay?

Or, has this all been tried before & failed?

Please reply; good, bad, or ugly.

You should probabaly advertise for this game at the Civ3Players Forum, the link is on the home page for The Ladder. The players here would not know that a "cton" style game involves no contact/diplomacy/trading.
