Eliit - in terms of play order - an east to west time zone ordering (based on the time of day players are most likely to play) has worked best in other games.

As you are setting up the game - I suggest establish the order - then simply have you be the player to pay first.

So, if the optimum play order is a, b, c, d, and you are c, then the the players would be ordered c, d, a, b.

Just a suggestion for faster play - and you may have already taken care of it.

I got your e-mail and I'm really just posting to subscribe to this thread. You seem very organised! That's commendable and necessary in PBEM I think.

Eagerly awaiting the game to start. ^^

Sorry to start interruptions already but Monday is Arbour Day so I'm going to be visiting friends this weekend. I'll be able to play Saturday morning and again from Monday evening.

                    I think that's ok
Honestly, I don't expect that we will play EVERY weekend, especially when summer comes

btw, I will start the game tonight

I believe we all have to upgrade to v1.20 now.
But DO NOT upgrade to 1.22 because it cannot load older saves.

                          Also, who has the turn?

                            1.20 isn't working well . . . . .

1.20 has problems. I say we do not upgrade until they are worked out. That is what other games are doing.
