I think the Incans are going to have to be next, I would not see Cathy as any real threat and may accept a white peace when Ghengis is dead.
Incans are definitely the fastest growing Ai and need trimming, then there's Abe, he would make an ideal cash cow if we can control his growth enough to stifle his research and sell him ours.
