    Now then Chieftan Paddy we in the senate have been dicussing the state of the empire, and we conclude that once Monarchy is aquired we will cease al research and redirect all funds to miliatary build up. If war should come before this time we will stand with you to the death, but will tread lightly on the diplomatic toes of our rivals until our legions number to many to count.
