            How stubborn are the AI since conquests. Korea has been smashed from a fairly big 9 or 10 city state with a slight tech lead, down to a 2 town endangered species.

            He still bluntly refuses to pay tribute and so must die!!

                Sire clemency has been granted, how could we not hear youe impassioned plea

                We would suggest however you garrison this town well and stamp out these rebels for good.

                Oh and can you reccomend some good Celtic sub contract carpenters, it got very messy when the imperial joiners rioted due to a decrease in orders!! they were very CROSS
