What I have found interesting is the benefits of the Great Library. Yes, it got me a few techs and helped trigger a GA as you might expect but it has been particularly useful in knowing how far everybody elses research has got.

It doesn't expire until either he researches Education or at least two Civ's he has knowledge of discovers it. Then he gets Education from it and that causes the GL's tech sharing ability to expire for him.

If ormuzd has Education then it should have expired because I know Sir Ralph has it.

I would get the tech and the GL expire on the turn AFTER ormuzd has education. Presumably on my next turn?

If it is about to expire I will have had 4 free techs. You should all have researched more!
