I've PMed Ming asking for the closure of this thread - Kermit, since you are the originator, can you also request this action to be done? The reason why I ended up starting a new thread is because this one is too full and and can't just go to the last post because of its size - you have to "go around the barn" so to speak in order to squeeze an additional post into it...like this one.
