Kermit, you are the default "administrator" on this game right? Well, as a fellow player I suggest that we (as a whole - majority rule) put this motion on the table:
After 3 days (MAXIMUM), if the turn has not been passed on or no prior arrangments have been made, then the turn defaults to the Administrator playing the turn in question in order to move the game foward.
What does everyone else think?____________________________

We just need the Administrator to push the game forward when needed, that's all.
