Yes, I sent the 3500BC save to Kermit on 18 Aug (which I still have on my HD). If Kermit wants me to resend, I will.____________________________

Remeber people: Since I'm the last to play, the default year for the save starts with me - though Kermit (being the first) is the first to play the new year.
When I forward the save, I DO NOT change the year (or the lable) listed on the file. I always leave the file untouched (default). Everyone needs to start doing this! If you don't want to (because of multiple PBEM games, for example) then fine. When you save the game, add to the beginning of the file name "KERMIT". For example: My last save is listed as "Wittlich of the Wyandot, 3500 BC.SAV (system default)...but if there are those who wish to differ, then PLEASE forward your saves in the following format: KERMIT Wittlich of the Wyandot, 3500 BC.SAV
If you will all notice, the only....and I do say ONLY thing I've changed from the original dafault naming convention is adding the name KERMIT to the beginning of the file name. With this convention, there should be no confusion between which game saves you are selecting to send.
Does everyone agree with this or does anyone have any heart-burn with it?Last edited by Wittlich; August 21, 2003, 08:42.____________________________

I agree with all you said, Wittlich (even the world size). The problem here has been the crash of Poly. It seems we lost the turn track when we started posting "turn sent" in disorder.
I think you better send again 3500 to Kermit, we can resume from there.
