What, C'mon GF, you both already have gunpowder...
Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent. Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent. Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is he neither able nor willing?

Were you using my old e-mail address? It's euphrates at kornet dot net
I think I was, then again, going trough my contact list I had 3 or 4 e-mail addresses for you alone.

One strange thing. When I first looked at the turn and declined Alva's accidental peace offer nothing happened with my cities. When I actually played the turn I sent the offer back, without accepting it. Several of my cities went into WLTKD!
Alva - would you offer peace again next turn please? My citizens like it.

You find that strange? I would if I was faced with possible complete destruction.

Didn't you already had a couple in WLTK mode?

Well, you have taken one of the easy targets (17 Immortals against 3 pikes was a bit of a mismatch). The real struggle is yet to begin. My, you do have quite a lot of cavalry though.
And many more coming.... (I have cavalry for 3 or 4 turns now, so they are starting to reach the front. )

Another city has bitten (sp?) the dust, although this one certainly did not come cheaply, I especially greet your MI, which IMO have fought much braver then the more modern units.
