Look, I'm still not really sure what you're on about.....but you seem to be saying that you claim the right to this neutral territory because you happen to have a couple of cities nearby.

In which case continued discussion is not really necessary I guess, since we are now at war over this issue of continued territorial aggressiveness by the Persians over what is regarded by the Sumerian President as lands that are rightfully his to settle.
