By the way for anyone who's interested....I started this game on the 13th May and we're averaging 0.38 turns per day

Can you post the average for the past 3 months?

You just wasted six ... no, seven ... seconds of your life reading this sentence.

Turn 39, 2190BC, was sent to you on 2 September. We're now playing 1100BC, or turn 76. So, 37 turns in 92 days is an average of 0.40 turns per day. Pretty consistent pace with the overall game average

The pace over the last 2 months has been somewhat better, with 30 turns in 62 days, or 0.48 per day.

Partner (part’ner) n. One of two or more persons united in some enterprise.

              WTF!

I find myself once again in the position of apologizing for my “partners” poor sense of humor or autism or ADHD.

General Aqualung is having a gay old time sequestered in the untraveled wasteland at the edge of the world in his lead bathtub throne soaking in mercury because the magic squirrel told him it would grant eternal life and so probably doesn’t get out much. I have tried to culture him but mistook his blank stare as comprehension. We want to take this opportunity to alert the world that we are not part of any of his so called plans, as if we could make any sense of the grunting of these half man half crazy creatures anyway.

General Thog (pictured below) Carthage’s greatest writer responds

“Banana or not banana, that is the…wait, what did you say?”

Who me? What have I done now? I've already apologised to Lord Longshot for my renegade Warrior blundering into his city walls. I'm sure he's forgiven me by now. And by the way - the Warrior committed suicide and didn't do any damage, so I'm hoping this is classified as one of those diplomatic "incidents"

Babylonian scouts are chosen for their hardiness. It seems that in Carthage it is hard heads that are most valued

....and yet again peace and tranquility break out in our beautiful lilttle world. Thank you Lord Longshot for your goodwill and understanding

Aqualung will be playing my turns until Dec 18th.

I depart now for two weeks. It is with some trepidation that I leave my Babylonians in the frequently shakey hands of General "Mad Dog" Aqualung. Best of luck to the rest of you as well.

Well that takes care of all my games, now if I can just find someone to help me pack.
