Each one of your civs is in a locked alliance with one of another player's civs.....so in total, you are in alliances with 2 other players. These alliances can never be broken - ie, the game won't allow you to attack your "ally".

How you handle that forced alliance is up to you

For my part, I've decided to wipe out everyone I'm not locked with, which means my 2 civs will wipe out each other
