      Hold this summit soon. The play and the out of game relationships are suffering.

      And part of the summit HAS to be if you insult another leader its a casus belli for WAR!!!!!!!!

                                Actually, I think that's a bit harsh.

                                You are just "unmotivated" and "unquick". And you don't "blow" -- it's actually the opposite
