i forgot to post that i have played and sent the game to ruby about 24 hours ago.

fascinating map by the way. too bad that we don't have "potent" barbarians. ruby, you'd have to change one line in the conquests.ini file to make the barbs useful. i "popped" 12 of them with one of my cities and only 2 of them attacked, the rest scattered away...
