I would estimate approx. 10-15 project managers -- ultimately. Our company is moving from a "functional, weak matrix" organization towards a more "projectized" environment, so its possible that could change to a greater number. Truth is, the exciting part for me is the setup of the project office where none existed before and writing the intial charter, scope and policy documents.

When do you find out about the N. Ireland airport opportunity? With the terrorist attacks on the tube, I imagine there will be increased workload on you in your current assignment as there will be a need to plan repairs and other related construction/engineering efforts.
