As stated, I am being hit with several fronts:

To summarize:

A new facility coming online

an increase of 6-8 employees including a new facility manager

a very realistic increase in production demands

my area is the 2nd fastest growing in company

this translates to greater than 50 people and over 42 pieces of equiment I am in charge of


in addition to Sales,Quality Assurance (trouble shooting, mix design generation,yield accountability and such) operations and collections.


Lots of fun

I wanted to be forthright so I personally dont hold up anything, because I am not speaking of 2-3 months, more so like 8-12 months of incredibly intense hours.

This is not a reflection upon you or anyone else but more so me adjusting my schedule

We're with the same crew in a civ4 game that is moving again and another including James. I've been around all the time as you have noticed with the random-random game. Paddy took a break, but is back.
