Map Making has been sent to you both.
The resource of Iron has been connected, and just in time shall we say. This has allowed the upgrading of two warrior units to Gallic Swords, such fine lads I must say. Intime, yes indeed, as two massive Carth Elephant Units are on the mountain outside Stamford Hill.
Roads continue to be laid, with only the out post of Winchester not connected to our capital of Sheffield. I had wanted to leave a town unconnected, with Barracks, thus producing a steady supply of veterak barracks, yet the resouces of incense is too good to pass up, so Winchester will be connected in the coming years.
My reaseach has been turned off this time until we can get some further details on cordination. My boffins were just 2 turns from maths, and thanks to the Arabians we now have this great technology. What can we be working on to assist our Allianace?
Also by turning research down this turn, we will gain some gold back from the recent unit training processes

The Battle of Stamford Hill - 3250bc
The Old Village Chief remember the days of his youth when before great teams of war elephants tried to take the village from across the mountains. Thus when word came that the people of the elephants were returning, time was not wasted. Troops of Gallic Swords were requested and brought into the town. The battle was fierce indeed...
Carthage (war elephant 4/4) attacked Harold (gallic sword 4/4) in village.
Carthage (war elephant 4/4) dismissed
Harold (gallic sword 2/4)
Carthage (war elephant 4/4) attacked Harold (gallic sword 2/5) in village.
Carthage (war elephant 4/4) damaged (war elephant 1/4) and retreats back over mountains
Harold (gallic sword 2/4) promoted to Elite (gallic sword 2/5)
Two Guards Regiments (gallic sword 4/4) sent to try and finish the Carthage (war elephant 1/4) off.
The Old Cheif made Harold and his men heros of the nation, and they went on to spend the coming years enjoying rest and relaxation in Stamford Hill.

In reponse to our Roman allies request for assistance against the Zulu, Six Guards Regiments have been dispatched into the northern darkened jungles to find these people and see what we can do.
It must be noted that we have in this found a new source of Iron. A new group of people hope to set out soon to settle this area, and thus connect this resource. With our road building crews working on the new road to the north to help get units to the war, we may thus be able to get Iron through to Rome
