Ah, the Dutch have learned nasty tricks from their Viking friends and declared war on their brothers the Carthaginians. Just when the Carthaginian government was being overthrown by democracy lovers. Shame, shame.
Of course, the Carthaginians probably don't have much to worry about since the Dutch have no armed forces worth mentioning.
