Thing is, that would leave a hole where there was formerly occupied territory. I'm not a fan of that. If you could replace him, that would be great.
And I don't believe he's a superpower. IIRC Dauphin has the largest score, though that of course doesn't always translate in to anything meaningful.Comment

Hmm, I have no Patrol flag in my .ini file... can't remember what it was before, but I know I haven't changed it since my recent re-install.
Everyone okay with me turning it on with NoAIPatrol=0?

He seems to occassionally go incommunicado in RL, so I'm hesitant to replace him when he may be coming back and not want to be.
