I agree with Modo
Once we start capturing Chinese and Roman cities, we can start giving some to the Zulu
Oh, and Egypt has opportunistically (and stupidly, probably) declared war on Rome for the benefit of us all, capturing and executing 2 Workers. We shall probably lose our Warrior next turn, but no matter. Rome is so far away as to be no real threat before we can make peace, and the loss of 2 Workers should slow them down
