The game is underway. Here are the players:

Betusulah - Carthaginians
Great Troll - Hittites
Snoopcat - Iroquois
Makeshe - Chinese
Paddington - Celts
Modomo - Persians
McMarsh - Dutch (how appropriate)

Map size is standard. Everything else is random. You will note your new names and the civs which were supplied randomly. Looks like everyone got an Ok civ. Let's hope the same for the starts. But I am a firm believer in playing the start you get.

Hopefully the name Beta gave me for this game doesn't challenge the RNG to much on the surroundings of my starting position...

From the civs here I haven't played the Hitties yet, but all others are good IMO. But then again, I started winning games with England lately

Sent ... this is the 3rd cruddiest start I've ever had, and 2 of them were Ag civs. Coincidence? I think not ...

Alright, the crappy old server still keeps eating e-mails (just ate this one from Paddy ). Nothing helped, not even some very polite messages to the admins, so I got myself a new account. From now on, please send saves here:

No problem. Started writing your addy into the addy book and got confused I'm sure most of the folk here are smarter than I, but you occasionally have to deal with someone at my stupidity level (or is it sleepiness level? )
