Um ... war? My understanding was that we weren't going to be going to war until late in the game ... a BUILDER game after all ... ??

Hmm, going back to read Jshelr's initial thread there was technically no mention of such ... I guess I just imagined it.

On the other hand, I did play this BM2 game as if we weren't going to fight ... so I'll concede that game now if you're going to declare war on me, because I have no military units (at all). I had played as a builder game entirely...

Well, it's up to you. Like I said, technically the post never said anything about NOT going to war - I added that in mentally, apparently. It was "hoped" that there would be enough room on a small map to expand adequately ...

I'd rather replay, and then discuss exactly what we mean by a builder game, but that's because my take was no war until much later (if ever).
