I have joined Flandrien in this war. In the previous Mongolian-English War, Flandrien was a huge help with units and with technology. My country would not have survived long without his help. So as part of my obligation to India, I have declared war on Korea.

The English have very short memories.
They have forgotten when India did an unprovoked attack on them early in the game. It's the main reason why their empire got crippled.
BIG WARNING
When India attacked England early in the game, Korea mobilised and joined in to help India. (England was doing better than expected, and India was my ally after all). It was halfway through the war, that India screwed me over, did not send me tech I was owed, and attacked and killed all of my units that were in his territory helping him with his war.
Be very wary with your choice of allies dear Elizabeth.
Ghandi has a habit of turning on them when given half a chance.
