Ahh, there we go. Perhaps you would accept the dismantling of the whole British Privateer fleet as a compensation? "Dismantling" by your ships, of course. I could send those out into the open in the Atlantic, with one Frigate to watch over the process and recover the crews. You would not sink the Frigate, of course (it would stay on a different tile)...

Britain offered Peace Treaties to Spain, and Prussia. Both nations were unable to do any real damage to us, and both seem to have acted only as diversions for the French imperialists. We, on the other hand, wish them no (more) harm. It is our hope that mutual agreement can be achieved, and peace restored.

We have not sent any similar offer to France, for obvious reasons.
