Our sailors take time out between the squalls to relax on deck, the anchors have been set down and the routine of naval picket duty has set in.

Spain declares all waters directly outside of another nations sphere of ifluence to be international !! and reserves the right to travel freely through such waters when ever we choose!!

We are though quite happy to lay here just aways from the vessels of the Royal Navy, thus allowing Spain to foresee any dangers that may face her well before they could make landfall on our soil.

To our Russian friends, I dont quite see how you interpret that we were issuing orders to you! on the contrary we merely emphasised that Spain does not require your nation intervening in our affairs. We take great offence at your slur on our people as being second rate!!

Be warned my friend though we do not seek to deny your vessels passage through international waters we will destroy any vessels that tresspass into Spanish Sovereign Waters!! If you wish to test our resolve then continue to insult us and trespass at your peril!!

We find it hard to understand how a nation with whom we have a long history of trade and cooperation can now cast such disgraceful slurs upon us.

New lands and HMS Beagle have been in port, but have now left York. They are now in the Northern Atlantic, with our scientists on board. I presume those are the "privateers" that have been spotted? I think I informed about this plan a while ago. Both ships are stationary.

You may, naturally, ask how many fleets Britain operates. However, we don't feel compelled to give you an answer.

rumour is they carry your pennants

I do believe that you said they were going to harbour

    or are these new privateers?

should my trading vessels and fisher folk be concerned?

also I have some troop ships heading through the atlantic towards the med, are my troops to be worried as the cross the seas?

please respond to my humble questions

The British expedition continues it's journey. It will be out of Spanish waters in two months (next turn).

We welcome the Spanish boats on the British oceanic border. Please, fell free to stay away from our waters near Ireland.

We welcome the French transport galleon visiting the British Channel near Portsmouth. Good bye.

Russia doesn't take orders from anyone especially not from a second rate power like Spain. Czarina Elisaveta will proceed to her destination just off the Spanish territorial waters, inspect the situation and report back to St. Petersburg.

Do continue your voyage towards the Ottomans please, for Russia fears she may need assistance against these villains again. They keep violating Russian territory with their foul smelling troops and Russian patience wears thin. We may be forced to declare war on them and punish them for their insolence soon.

    Save sent to Emperor Paddy.
