You insult Russia, King of Britain. Do not presume to offer us a conditional peace treaty. The Czar appears to have seen reason, after a little urging, and I have thus offered him a peace treaty. It is conditional upon him withdrawing his navy from the the British Channel.
After giving directions to your Cavalry Army that was apparently lost near the Russian border, we have nevertheless ordered our Navy to desist from the blockade of London and withdraw towards neutral waters.
Peace has now been offered in return. It will be either unconditional, or warfare will continue at the whim of the Russian Czar.
As for the Spanish, we merely laugh in the face of a dictator who promises there shall be no more peace offers and then promptly sends his emissary to talk terms.
Spain and Britain - Russia holds you both accountable for the loss of 3 cities in the former French lands near the Spanish border. One of these towns was razed by Spain, the other two were abandoned as indefensible. Until satisfactory reparations are offered, peace is a distant hope.
As for the "Grand Alliance" defending our nations against the Austrians, we humbly point out that Russia has single-handedly reduced Austria to 3 cities. While we are sure Spain could almost handle the required defence against such a dangerous threat that Austria must surely still pose.....we feel justified in graciously declining any assistance in that regard

Actually, they did receive my orders....they did withdraw towards neutral waters (to the extent of their movement limitations). However, you chose to attack them anyway while they were retreating, causing serious damage and sinking several fighting ships and a couple of troop ships if I am not mistaken (which by the way were carrying innocent and unarmed Workers).Originally posted by ricketyclik
