Well its looking certain that Eliit is not coming back so we have three options:
Kill the game.......
Wait for a replacement to be found......
Or kill Eliits civ which I can do with the admin password.

i vote for killing the game. replacement obviously cannot be found and taking eliit out of the game would make it a 3-player game on a large map.
alternative would be to start a new game, but i think i'd take the oportunity to not join the next one
