EliitMees and Chrisius gave me an interesting idea, and that combined with McMeadows' distaste for Accelerated Production gave me an excuse to start another game. Beta, I *will* overtake you for second place. I swear. 
THE GAME:
Only expansionist civs will be allowed.
However, I'm allowing you to take any civ and add Expansionist to its traits. Heck, you can customize any civ you want. I don't care. 3 traits, one of which is expansionist. If you pick an already Expansionist civ, tell me what you want for a third trait.
You'll start with 3 of everything - scouts, settlers, workers. Also a bit more gold, to get you through that dry spell at the beginning where you owe more than you get
It's going to be a fairly small map, depending on how many suckers, er, people want to play. Standard map, 5 or 6 players, perhaps 7. Small if it's less than 7. Pangea, 60% water unless people want to play seafaring, in which case we'll do perhaps a slightly larger map with 80% water.
Also, if people want I can set up a second UU, chosen by the players. If you have a custom civ that means 2 custom UUs. Say what you want for it, basically use somebody else's UU but rename it.
