I thought cities couldn't be founded on jungle tiles. I'm sure I've tried that.don't worry about things you have no influence on...Comment

You can found cities on jungle tiles, but not on swamp tiles. Since the "clear wetlands" worker ability requires the same number of turns in both jungles and swamps, this means that swamps are slightly worse than jungles. At least for the jungles, you can still found cities without clearing the tiles first.Originally posted by McMeadows
