      Actually, Firaxis/Atari advertised for Beta Testers a few months ago on the Firaxis site, but the application period for beta testers has since closed.

                            I didn't know that they were taking applications back then. I found out much more recently via a chat with vondrack.

                                You are right about that. Whenever I pop a goody hut in life, I only seem to get barbarians. In civ at least, I occasionally get money, or knowledge, or a map, or a friend.
