Yes. Kloreep and myself will pull our choices back in order for you, Theseus, to have your turn at picking the civ that you want.
It's good news to hear that you're still with us Theseus!

The greatest delight for man is to inflict defeat on his enemies, to drive them before him, to see those dear to them with their faces bathed in tears, to bestride their horses, to crush in his arms their daughters and wives.

I'm best playing in the afternoon and evening, EST. BTW, I am going away tonight for the weekend, and thus won't be able to start until Monday.
I like the idea of a classics game.
You mean this post Theseus?
Nah, we didn't really pay attention to that. Especially Beta, he was WAY to busy spamming to pay attention

Cry havoc and let slip the dogs of war .... aw, forget that nonsense. Beer, please.

Why would we do that? Are we not playing stock C3C?
[Edit: Not that I mind... I'll leave it up to you more experienced PBEMers if there is some commonly accepted reason.]

More or less - I was only thinking that we are planning on using a pangaea map with no island starts. Seafaring will still have a role - albeit diminished.
I am easy either way.

Is the map trading thing due to the MP restriction on in-game versus out-of-game communication? Makes sense to me, especially for a 'classic' game.
BTW, I didn't see it confirmed... is or has SR made or tweaked a map?
