Is Russ at peace with Andy? If so, Mayan luxuries can still go through your former harbor and reach you. War disrupts trade routes only for the sender of the resources, not for the recipient.

So trade networks can be established in only one direction? Or does this only work when continuing pre-existing trades? Do you teach this stuff in a course at AU Prof Alexman?
