I didn't know that when I got the turn and it sure looked wierd. Explains a lot.

have you never played with a starter pack Jshler?

I find them a great way to get a large group game under way

i agree on the starter pack. i just didn't know this game used one and it sure changes the mix of an early game civ.

yeah it does
