I understand Rhot is a bit disabled in playing his turn.
Maybe a good moment to straigthen out the situation after all what has been going on lately. With all the communications I won't be revealing any secrets I guess...
Germany has supplied CoL, Construction & Monotheism to all others (ex Sumeria), which will be considered an investment in world balance. [note to self: build UN]. Germany is now researching chivalry. Hittitie, Rome and Korea are sending over some cash. Up to now those deals are worth (as far as my book keeping is correct):
Hittitie: 52 gold
Rome: 72 gold
Korea: 60 gold
Iroquois were researching Monarchy, however, this has now been granted to each by Sumeria for peace. Germany is to propose the following; Chivalry costs 80 gold and is supplied to those who will have that amount of gold transmitted to Germany. Iroquois is granted a 25% reduction for their efforts on Monarchy, coming down to 60 gold. Sumeria is invited to pay the 80 gold. I hope everyone considers this a fair deal.
After chivalry is finished, Germany is open to new scientific joint-ventures. Those will be handled discrete. This will hopefully result in an open game again. I'm curious for the results in the next polldon't worry about things you have no influence on...
