This is a PBEM created to sim the conditions of the C3C ISDG: 5 civs on a standard map. Goal is to be one of the 3 surviving civs after 2 get knocked off (or to be one of the top 3 scorers if the game goes to 2050 AD)

I'd like to know what exploits are prohibited or what rules are in effect about contacting other players, discussing reaserch and map info. I'm familiar with Iron Civer.

I have not been informed of any deals that have been made in game.

In terms of rules and exploits - pretty standard stuff. No communication until contact is made - and no map trading (ie screenshots and the like) until map making is available.
