Just regular summer holiday, I'm taking 3 weeks . My wife's a teacher so she's got the entire summer off. Add 10 months leave with pay cause of the baby and she isn't going to work until april next year

I wish American companies offerred similiar benefits packages as European companies. I get such a tiny amount of vacation/sick time per year, that I always exhaust it and even take leave-without-pay so I can get some time away from work.
