Question:
If my 'hidden nationality' unit comes into contact with another Civ's border's am I allowed to contact that Civ? I know that that Civ cannot contact me (duh, it's a hidden nationality unit) and I know that we would not have in game contact unitl I can "see" one of his units.Comment

Answer:
If you can make contact with any civ in game, you can make contact with that player out of game. So.... if you can press shift-D and the contact comes up, your golden.
