Producing a Great Work with a Great Artist in a town can give you a quick boost to that cities defence, and increases the chance of nearby cities revolting and damaging the garrison units inside them, making it easier for you to take those city, and slowing your opponents offense.

This is especially useful in bottleneck, and border cities.

I believe you have 2 - 3 archers in my lands, while I have none in yours.

As we do not reload, and as I play most saves on my laptop - I apologise that my movements are not as steady as would be on a pc. (touchpads are not my friends.)

So chill out party dude. I left your territory both times. Even when I could have taken your empty town, or that defenceless worker.

I was simply making clear that I was not (intentionally) violating the above rule, and to make that clear I chose not to attack this turn.

Your lack of military has a lot more to do with why I'm attacking than your move into my territory.

Guess I didn't mention it in this thread, but, as per the control thread, the end-by-score deadline was moved back from Nov 1st to Dec 31st because my psychic powers told me CIV PBEM would not be playable out of the box...
