As can be deducted from Orm's need to send the save to UnO, I have been eliminated. Good going by Orm. I clearly underestimated your force. You also took your advantage of the defense bonusses from the lands from where you came. I'm happy top be eliminated, rather than being defeated on score.

It was needless to elimate you, McMeadows, but this was my plan since I have found I'm a neighbour with the Celts. Better attack first than to be wiped later.

After this came the surprise - end at the end of the year. It was too late to change my plans and I've decided just to continue and complete the Civ3 PBEM in the style I have started few years ago - with wars (although I was the victim in the beginning).

Anyway, I wish luck to whoever wins this game. I have abandoned all hopes long time ago

Better think twice about cranking uno, although it's up to you. The Dutch now are ahead roughly 10% on land area

I used to play guard in basketball back in the 50s and 60s, before the shot clock. Stalling within the rules will not be resented.
