More specifically, I won't be available tonight (work) or tomorrow morning (work) but will be available tomorrow night. Thurs/Fri are days off if you need more complex chat

I'm just looking for a way to enter the players' names and passwords. With a regular PitBoss start, I went into each turn and set passwords, but it wouldn't let me change the name. This also makes the game start at 3950, kind of tacky.

I tried setting up a PBEM version and starting that with the PTBS app, but then the game didn't allow me to set up a turn timer.

So I'm wondering if there is some admin functionality I'm not aware of...?

I don't think so (about admin functionality). I just opened PTBS up myself and I think i know the reason you're not able to do what you want...

It's set up to host-without-playing a regular MP game, in which the players have control over their password when they join the game.

IE, the host of a normal MP game doesn't have any control over their players' passwords; so neither do you.

I suggest seeing if alexman knows anything about it, and if there is anything that can be done.

hm, I got some problems with my mails as i use atm 4 different connections and therefore got no working outlook

the 1. testgame setup worked fine for me - i play 1. turn -sadly then my con problem jumped in.

Today I tried move in this 2nd testgame - it was like 3640 - but I could not move my units - my settler didnt plant

This is odd- PitBoss registered that tommynt connected and claimed the second slot, but it is now showing that the AI is playing that spot like it does for UnOrthOdOx. The problem is that I haven't kicked tommy from the game like I did UnO. I'll ask the devs if they know what could cause this. Could you have exited the game through the wrong menu selection or had an OOS error at any point?

Also tommy, is your web.de account good to send turn notifications to for the tournament? I don't understand why access to outlook would affect this. Don't you have some sort of web access for it?

Tommynt- please try to log in again and change your settings with an email address. You will not be able to play right away, not until Mas completes a turn after you have rejoined. Just make sure after you log in that you exit the game with the 'exit to desktop' or 'exit to main menu' buttons.
